Martin came out to us fixed the problem in no time clean and tidy clearly very professional knowledgable trustworthy and helpful nothing was to much trouble, unlike most company’s there not just out to make money they pride themselves on exellent Custmer service. “What a find! When we decided to upgrade our alarm we asked our neighbours about the company who had done an upgrade on theirs. They sung the praises of ARC alarms who had installed the alarm on their previous property as well, Armed with that recommenation we made contact with the company and from that point everything has been brilliant. Martin, Dean and the staff in the office have been perfect. Martin was meticulous when he arrived, as promised, to meet us and survey our house. He explained everything thoroughly and within 24 hours provided us with a detailed proposal. We accepted the proposal and on the allotted day Dean arrived on time to carry out the installation. His work is of the highest standard and at every stage he consulted with us to ensure that we were happy. He cleaned everywhere he worked and it was impossible to tell that he had been there. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the new system to us before he left, We would highly recommend ARC without reservation.”

“Recently, our Alarm system crashed and I called ARC to fix the problem. Despite these difficult times, an Engineer turned up within 30 hours. Whilst he had never experienced a crash on the same system as ours, he persevered to deliver a positive solution. I thought the response was quite brilliant, and delivered under our maintenance contract.”

“I have no hesitation in recommending ARC Alarms – a great family run business! I had an existing system which is quite old. Having spoken to a few other companies who said it was too difficult to deal with I then spoken with Martin at ARC. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was punctual and took his shoes off as soon as he saw the new carpet! He carried out an assessment of the existing system and gave me a price which was followed up in writing. When I queried a couple of things he immediately set them right and stuck to what we had agreed. Covid came along and so there was a delay in providing the service but as soon as they could, they got in touch to book us back in. Alex came to do the work required and again was punctual and friendly. He did all the work during the morning and was gone by lunchtime. He left all the relevant paperwork and I feel really confident that they will stick to their side of the maintenance agreement for ongoing support. Great!”

“…The surveyor arrives on time and makes sure that you understand the product and that it will give the level of security you want. Another appointment is made for the engineer to come and do the install. On his arrival he is very respectful of your property. He tidied up after himself as he goes and once the install is finished he goes through the system with you so that you understand how it works and he even helps you install the app on your phone. What more could you ask?”

“ARC fixed my existing domestic house alarm, installed a new alarm box and completed a service. Martin came out to visit initially to inspect the alarm and to provide a quote (all free of charge). Alex then came to carry out the work and completed a thorough job, tidying up some lose cables and explaining how the alarm operated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ARC! Dean and Alex worked hard on a substantial job in very adverse weather conditions, up and down ladders all day through very cold and windy weather. They handled all the tricky bits I had been worried about and were happy to fine tune the system to just how I wanted it. They were decent friendly people that I felt comfortable with being around my home. Their CCTV system is a product far superior to all those I had previously looked at.”
