Will there be any wires visible?
- Our qualified engineers at ARC Alarms install security systems
across domestic and commercial properties every day of the week. We pride ourselves on our ability to install systems discreetly, as we strive to hide the wires to the best we can. In a situation where it is not possible, our engineer will discuss alternative options with you.
If there is a power cut, will my alarm still work?
- All of our security systems are supplied with a battery backup to power them again in the event of a power failure. The battery can power the system for at least 12 hours. Once the power is restored, the battery will recharge and the system will continue to work as normal. At ARC Alarm, we change the rechargeable battery as part of our preventative maintenance contract at no additional charges.
What if I have pets? Can I still have an alarm?
- We can install pet-friendly detectors that are designed to ignore small cats and dogs. Alternatively, we can design the security system in a way that a certain area will not be detected and is designated for your pet's movement.
What if I have a fault with my system?
- If your security system is under our preventative maintenance contract, we will be happy to investigate any faults or false alarms that may arise from your system. Simply contact ARC Alarms
to report the fault.
